No one abandons herself all at once.
It happens slowly. In the relationships where she learned to shrink. In the expectations she
absorbed before she was old enough to question them. In every moment she chose being liked over
being known.
Beneath every act of self-abandonment is the woman who never actually disappeared. She's not
lost. She's buried — under conditioning, survival, performance, and every version of yourself you
built to stay safe or loved.
The House of Soul Alchemy exists to help you reveal her again. Not by becoming someone new.
By removing everything that was never really you, until what remains is unmistakably yours.
This isn't a blog. It isn't a newsletter you skim and forget. It's the heart of this work — the place
where everything else makes sense once you understand why it exists.
Why A House?
For years, home was something I kept losing. Countries. Relationships. Versions of myself I'd built and outgrown. I became a widow. I watched a ten-year relationship end and stood, once again, at a threshold I didn't choose.
But the greatest loss was never a place or a person. It was myself — the years I spent believing I needed something outside me to feel whole.
What I found, slowly, was that the truest home isn't a place you arrive at. It's one you build inside, room by room, truth by truth.
Every house exists twice. First in the soul. Then in the world.
That's what this House is — a metaphor for what's already inside you. Some rooms you live in daily. Others are closed off, holding what you haven't looked at yet. The House is an invitation to walk through all of them, until nothing in you is hidden from yourself anymore.
THE ALCHMEY Alchemy is transformation — turning what's base into gold, not by adding something new,
but by changing your relationship to what's already there.
This work moves through four dimensions at once: awareness, so you can see clearly what's been
running you; emotional integration, so what's been buried gets to move; energetic alignment, so
your body and your life reflect who you actually are; and embodied action, so none of it stays
theoretical.

Why I Created House of Soul Alchemy™
I didn't create this method from a textbook.
I created it because I lived the question it answers.
I know what it is to love someone fully — and to lose yourself completely in the process. To look up one day and not recognize the woman in the mirror. To wonder whether you were ever really there to begin with.
My path back to myself moved through years of healing, deep inner work, spiritual practice, and learning to trust my own soul again. What I found there wasn't just healing. It was remembrance of my soul-self.
House of Soul Alchemy™ was born from that journey — and from witnessing what becomes possible when a woman stops trying to recover from heartbreak and starts reclaiming herself at the root.
This work is not about fixing what's broken.
It's about remembering what was always whole and now ready to radiate her light.
