Energetic Update for 2024

Hello, kindred spirit!

Below, you will find an energetic update for the year 2024. The year of Radical Changes.

This year brings a drastic energetic shift on to our planet and to the lives of every single person. The Universe has shifted its focus from the energies of the 3rd Dimensional system to the 5th Dimensional. We are already feeling different from the previous years. Time is moving faster creating a feeling of overwhelmingness. It is happening because the energies coming through are new and carry high vibrational frequencies. Astrological and cosmic updates show that the Universe is in her final stages of evolution and is greatly supported by the galactic energies as well as extreme solar flare activity.

Individually, we have a lot of work to do to expand our consciousness, practice radical love and self-mastery. This year we need to learn to stay centred, focused and grounded. Our bodies are not used to the new high frequencies and will need lots additional support to keep a healthy integrity between the body, mind, emotional and energetic systems. It is a crucial year for mindful actions towards our purpose and values.

2024 is year of the Divine Feminine. Through my mediations I was shown an image of Goddess Hector holding a Purple Rose. They have shown up to represent the divine force of the goddess rising and be the guiding light for all women who are ready to follow. The Dolphin is the totem animal who is bringing the flow and ease through out the year, as well as leading the energy of the Lemuria. The most organic energies to tap into for everyone is the energy of the Dragon. The Air element will help to navigate through difficult situations by clearing the energetic density.

Let’s break down some of the main themes of the year…

Dragon Power 

According to the Chinese astrology we have entered a year of a wooden dragon which represents leadership, authority, sovereignty, nobleness, luck, success, and charm. Dragon is a supernatural wise and powerful creature, associated with the element of water. The dragon is viewed either as a protector of humankind or as a destructor, thus being a strong representative of an energetic polarity, which is a big theme for this year. In some esoteric traditions and mystery schools, Dragon Power is valued as the most profound source of spiritual evolution and power. One of the main esoteric alchemical symbols of transformation is the Ouroboros, a winged dragon eating its own tail. It represents the cycles of the nature and the universe, creation out of destruction, life out of death and the union that ends duality, when we become whole with the opposing energies. 

Dragon Power opens the heart chakra and helps to clear energies on the cellular level, it helps to heal the body and consciousness of any debris that are no longer serving the greatest good. This energy revitalises our power centre to enable to counteract negative, electromagnetic and cosmic energies caused by the changes of the Earth. 

This energy is more feminine than masculine and is considered a powerful tool to navigate the power of the Divine Feminine, which is prevailing right now. Dragon supports the clearing of energies and opens up space to bring more light…

Higher frequencies 

Everything is our life comes from higher frequencies, beginning with time before our conception. To sustaining those frequencies throughout our life, that is the challenging part. This year, we will be even more challenged to do so. Because we are at the start of what is known as the New Earth. 

2024 carries the new high frequency energies. This can be viewed through astrology, cosmic changes and the energetic changes of the Earths Grid. This year, Galactic energies and the solar flares are at the highest pick we have ever experienced. All these energies are very new to us. This means, sustaining them, will be difficult for the majority of people as well as the Earth herself. 

The Earth, Gaia, or Pachamama is our home, our base, and foundation has begun her environmental purging as it pushes the 3D energies out to make room for a much more progressive energies of the 5D to create the New Earth. 

Because two frequencies cannot be on the same level, one will always push the other out. 

Until now, we were living in the 3rd Dimensional reality, thus for a long time we did not feel or experience so much of collective grief, natural disasters, individual outbursts, change in climates and political standards. Now, we have shifted into the 5D world where frequencies are almost as high as it was in the time of Lemuria. 

What needs to change in order to sustain the high vibrations?

First and foremost, it is a crucial time to expand our consciousness. You require space in your body, mind, energy and emotional fields to receive the new galactic, cosmic and other subtle energies to enter your system and support you in the evolution of humanity. To expand your consciousness means to protect yourself from the effects of solar flares. Solar flares are here to bring more light, etherise our blood, open up our hearts, however, they are too intense for everyone who are stuck in the 3D consciousness or sensitive to environmental shifts. As a result, increased solar flare activity will be felt on a physical level in a form of insomnia, mental health issues, emotional outbreaks, anxiety, depression and muscles aches.  Solar flares as well as other cosmic energies are new information that we are granted to receive. So, acknowledge its presence and make room for it in your mind, body and energy.

In the time of physical discomfort, you are given an opportunity to make space for this new energy, that is the way for the universe to let you know: it is time to clear out what is no longer serving your greatest desires, raise your vibrations, tap into your intuition and and being to make conscious changes.

These new energies leading to the time of the full ascension of the humankind. So, you don’t have much choice unless you want the Universe to decide for you, but why would you want that?  When you literally can take aligned actions to make space in your personal field and ease through the changes, and finally live the life you are meant to live, which is full of joy, love, light and peace. 

Now is the time to open up your heart, connect to your intuition, use discernment, be vulnerable, find a higher source to lean on, centre yourself, anchor in your purpose, realise all the old unnecessary beliefs and stay open to receiving. The shift into individual higher consciousness leads to the proper rise of the collective consciousness. On January 20th, Pluto enters Aquarius activating a collective a mindset shift of freedom from entrapment. We will witness people standing up for the rights and against oppressive systems. Everybody in the world are interconnected. Your mindset effects not only you and your family, but people on the other side of the world. You are apart of an epic transformation from lower vibrational consciousness to the highest available frequency.

Because this is what is happening, the new energies are not able to sustain the egocentric and 3D mindset which refuses to shift. Right now we can clearly see this through the war in Europe and Israel as well as the political arena in the USA. There is no place for low frequencies in the New Earth, thus there is so much activity on Earth, and it will progress as we move through the year. The agitation will continue to aggravate the environment as the Earth shifts its focus from 3D to 5D, which will lead to more of the environmental purging.  

2024 is pivotal year for technological advancement, with even greater rise of electromagnetic influences. It feels as if we are at the risk of repeating the history of Atlantis, which fell apart with the rise of technology… 

So.. 

How much Light are you ready to embody? 

The major theme for 2024 is a call for collective awakening and conscious transformation.

Ultimately, it is about self-mastery of each individual and of coming together as one in unity consciousness. It is about a mind-body and the subtle energy alignment. You need to recognise a presence of your Lighbody and thrive for wholesome healing to sustain more light in your body.
